 - They are one of the most reputed couriers in India and we utilize their services for delivery in India across their network. Typical Delivery Times are between 2-4 days.

If the delivery is for some place where Blue Dart do not have their network, then we despatch via Speed Post Services who also deliver in around 3-5 working days depending upon the delivery destination
 

 -  Orders for delivery outside India are shipped via DHL who are also one of the most reputed couriers with international presence. Delivery Times are between 5-7 working days

Return Policy

At jaipur Gems Centre we believe in providing complete customer satisfaction. In order to meet this end, we have a very liberal "Return Policy" on all purchases made from our site.

In case the customer is not satisfied with the quality / authenticity of the products purchased by him/her, we will give a refund for the value of the product. However, kindly note :-

1. The purchased product should be returned to us within 2 weeks of the purchase at his/her own expense.

2. Any FREE GIFTS given along with the original purchased product will also have to be returned.

3. The Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
